They typically arrive in standard blue or green (RAL colours) and feature factory-fitted lockboxes for immediate security.

Used Shipping Containers

For industrial applications where function outweighs aesthetics, our used containers represent excellent value. These units have served in global logistics fleets and will exhibit signs of wear, such as dents, surface rust, and patch repairs. However, every used container we sell is rigorously inspected to ensure it is wind and watertight. If you require rugged storage for a construction site in Stone or an industrial yard, a used unit offers robust protection at a lower price point.

20ft Shipping Containers

The 20ft standard container is the most versatile unit in our fleet. Occupying a footprint similar to a standard parking space, it offers approximately 1,170 cubic feet of storage. It is compact enough for most school grounds and private driveways, yet large enough to hold heavy plant machinery or archived documents.

• 20ft Flat Racks – For heavy machinery or timber that cannot be loaded through doors.
• 20ft Open Tops – Featuring a removable roof for crane-loading from above.

40ft Shipping Containers

For businesses with larger sites and high-volume storage needs, the 40ft container is the industry standard. It effectively doubles your storage capacity for a marginal increase in cost compared to two 20ft units. These are ideal for palletised logistics and large-scale construction projects.

• 40ft High Cubes – Offering an extra foot of vertical height (9ft 6in total), ideal for taller cargo.
• 40ft Open Tops – Essential for loading scrap metal or large pipes using a crab grab.

Construction and Security Features

Corten Steel Fabrication

Each unit is fabricated from Corten 'weathering' steel. Distinguished by its high tensile strength and exceptional corrosion resistance, Corten steel forms a protective oxide layer when exposed to the elements. This ensures that, even if the paint is compromised, the container’s structural integrity is maintained against the damp British climate.

Enhanced Security

Logistics and HIAB Delivery

These vehicles allow our operators to lift the container from the chassis and place it with pinpoint accuracy.

Important Access Requirements:

• 20ft Containers: Delivered on a rigid vehicle (approx. 35ft long). Requires approx. 60ft of straight space to offload.
• 40ft Containers: Delivered on an articulated vehicle (approx. 65ft long). Requires approx. 110ft of straight space and a wide turning circle.
